Textbooks must be purchased by student prior to the first class session.

Weekly Payment Plans are due by Thursday of each week. There will be a $5.00 fee added to all late payments. NO POSTDATED CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All payments must be current before students will be allowed to test or do clinicals.

Refund Policy: All monies paid by a prospective student, including the application fee, will be refunded, if requested, within three business days after registration. Refunds due to the incompletion of a program will be based on the following criteria - students completing five to ten percent of instructional time receive ninety percent of tuition paid. Completion of ten to twenty-five percent of class hours will receive seventy-five percent and twenty-five to fifty percent will be refunded fifty percent. Students completing more than fifty percent of instructional time will not receive a refund. Application fees are non-refundable. A formal withdrawal must be submitted and refunds will be issued within thirty days.

Veterans receiving benefits for education programs administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs will be refunded the unused portion of pre-paid tuition on a pro rata basis. Any amount in the excess of ten dollars for an enrollment or registration fee will also be pro-rated.
